Silly questions about Iron Golem, but I need to know...

[:1]1) Will the Iron Golem get the bonus from Golem Mastry even though the Iron Golem was created before any points into Golem Mastery?

2) Will the Iron Golem get the increased life bonus if one dumps points into Blood Golem after the Iron Golem was created?

3) Will Iron Golem vanish if one use a respec?|||1,2)
