Uber Magic Wand?

Can you get a 3+ Summon Magic Wand from NM Act5?|||Hell yeah. All the affixes are available in any nm shop, as long as your char level is up to par (about 60 for that affix i think?)|||I also wonder if I could get a +3bone +3nova magic wand and the same shield with 2 sockets anywhere? Is there a cap for +nova skill on the wand/shield for necromancer? I would use them only to beat the poison damage record |||You should be able to buy +3 pnb and +3 nova skill wands from any NM vendor, but you'll have to use either a socket quest or cube recipe to put the sockets in it.

As for the head, you can't buy those. You should be able to find one with +3 pnb and +3 nova, but again you'll have to socket it yourself.

If you want to deal the most damage in a practical sense, however, you'll put on a 3-part Trang set including the gloves and shield, and for a Wand you'll want a Death's Web. Displayed damage won't be as high, but these two combined put out a 65% to 75% reduction in resistance.|||Actually I am a happy owner of almost perfect DW I would need these items only to get close to 20k positive nova damage for the competition we have on our private realm. I'm not going to kill any monster with this equipment

So as I can buy those items from vendors I assume it would be more effective to seek them with proper clvl.|||Shop items are clvl+5, so you can buy a +3 skill tree wand from lvl 55 onwards, A1 NM.

You can pick up a head probably from about A4 NM and just roll it
