Knowing that he's not really made to personally tank (like I'm used to making characters that normally do) or get directly hit a lot, what should I do for a character that I really meant to use his summons and spells as his weaponry?
I was told by someone that you don't need a ton of pts into mana, but how should I spend the other pts? At what lvl should I cram pts into things? I'd like to make a good summoner, but I have grown to like the golems (I have an ammy on my javazon that summons iron golems).
Could anyone with some experience making a summoning Necro help a girl out?|||howdy and

have a ganders at this thread which answers most of the "i want to make a summoner, help!" type questions.|||Thx ya doll!|||You don't need to put a single point into mana. Just get yourself any of the following: Shako helm, or spirit monarch and or spirit sword. That's plenty of mana.
As for Dex that depends on if you go max block or not. I usually don't. My summoner has 156 strength for a monarch/armor and all the rest of his points are into vitality. He as a little over 1,000 hp which is handy if you often get fried by the souls in WSK/baal.|||Summon necros are one of the best pvm build. To start out obtain a lot of skills for the build. You would want to max out:
skele
skele mastery
skele mages
ce
bone wall (rest)
1 Pointers:
amp
weaken
terror
decrep
bone armor|||Quote:

Throw in 1+ summon resist, 1+ revives (thus 1pt all Golems expect the fiery one)
But the questions already been answered...
