attack speed breakpoint

According to this thread, the amount of IAS necessary to reach max attack speed for a necromancer using a phase blade would be 70%...

My equipment currently provides me 75% ias:

andy's 20% ias

nosferatu's coil 10% ias

laying of hands 20% ias

passion phase blade 25% ias

My question is: does that mean having a 15% ias jewel socketed on my helm (raising it to a total of 90% ias) is a waste?|||Look at the keyword.

ok, thank you very much...

now I have to find something else to fill the socket, I guess some extra AR or resistance...|||Change to guillames with a 15 ias jewel I'd recommend. Andys is not exactly brilliant once you get rid of the need for IAS:/
