are these rare? I just found a head, socketed it and am using it as my prebuff. I was just wondering (as I haven't seen one before) if this is a common setup or if I just got lucky.
I likey. Do you likey?|||Incredibly rare. Nice find

|||They are rare yes. Firstly because such heads only drop in the earlier acts of Normal, and secondly because not everyone is looking for them.|||Most necros use +3 boneflame for prebuff (this gives +3 mages, clay and resists also), but this is nice find for low lvl necros.|||I wonder, is a 3RS, 3SM, 3RSM head possible?|||Yes it is.|||@Lotus: +3 mages are resist too? This is even better for skelliemancers because it gives +4 to RS ans SM (splendor). It gives highest possible bonus. Am I right when I think that somebody trying to reach the maximum power lvl for skeles (not mages) would pay quite a lot for this? Or am I just delusional?|||The +3/+3 splendor head is better. People buff with boneflame because they are thousands of times more common.|||In my opinion prebuffing with a fishy is pretty much moot. When you have +40 skeletons, you do not need more +sks.|||Are you sure these only drop in Normal? While two +3 mods on any head are rare to begin with, and +3 RS +3 SM is incredibly rare, I'm pretty sure any head that drops can drop with +3 to those two skills.
That being said, since RS and SM are both first-tier skills, your odds of finding one are much better in early Normal, where the other skills are too high-level to spawn on heads.
